Caroline is a registered Psychologist who enjoys working with new parents with babies, toddlers, children, adolescents and young people in private practice in Melbourne, Australia.
Drawing on a range of evidence based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and schema therapy, Caroline works in a warm, caring and practical manner to support her clients to reach their full potential. Caroline also supports parents to better understand their child's behaviour and strengthen relationships.
Caroline has previously spent several years working in private practice in Singapore. There she worked with children in a range settings including local and international schools and kindergartens. Caroline has considerable experience working in multi-cultural settings and expat communities.

Appointment information:

Initial parent appointments run for 1hour to 1.5 hours. Standard appointments run for 50 minutes.

Referrals. Referrals are welcome from GPs, maternal health centres, kindergartens, child cares and schools. Please note that you do not need a referral to see Caroline.

As a registered Medicare provider, a rebate may be available to those clients that have a GP referral with a Mental Health Plan. Your GP can advise further regarding whether this is applicable for you. Please note that Medicare rebates cannot be used for initial parent consultations. Caroline does not bulk-bill.

During your first session, you will be asked to complete a form so it is helpful if you can arrive a few minutes early.

For clients under 18 years of age, an initial parent only consult will typically need to occur, prior to the first session with the child.

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment by cash or credit card.

Cancellations and rescheduling. Kindly provide 24 hours notice of any changes to your appointment time to avoid a $60 cancellation fee.
Caroline practices in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
